This weekend in Brighton, get set to see some of the finest automobiles in the UK at the InCarNation 1000 event on Saturday 19 March 2011. Taking place along Brighton’s beloved beachfront road, Madeira Drive, the event has been put together by the Ace Café London and Fueltopia.
With Brighton’s famous Mods and Rockers history, the city by the sea has always been a place to show off the sexiest scooters and motorbikes – which historically have set off on a London to Brighton run each year from the Ace Café.
However, rather than highlight rides on two wheels, InCarNation 1000 favours four wheeled automobiles, drawing on the success of the regular onthly InCarNation meet held at the Ace Café London for the past two years. Each month, racers and tuners fight for space to take part in the event, which has the strong support of Fueltopia, the motoring social network website which regularly shows its support with attendance of members’ cars and coverage on its’ blogs.
This year is significant in the history of the Ace Café, as 2011 is the 10th anniversary of its full reopening since its glory days in the 1960s. The InCarNation 1000 is a great way to celebrate the café’s place in Britain’s motoring community.
Both casual visitors and extreme petrolheads can expect to see the best 1000 modified and performance cars at the InCarNation 1000. From hot exotic supercars to street tuned racers, there is something for everyone to enjoy during the event, plus there will be interactive stands and live entertainment taking place on the main stage. Live acts are set to include the firebreathing Fuel Girls and th Eastcoast FMX Team, whose high flying display are always an adrenaline rush.
The event is open for anyone to join, and the entry price of £20 in advance or £25 on the day is good for each car – and as many people as you can manage to squeeze in. The first 50 cars on site will receive InCarNation Goodies, and awards for “Best Club Car” and “Best Club Display” will be awarded in addition to spot prizes for best motors. InCarNation 1000 is on from 10am-6pm on Madeira Drive.
