Our The Iron Duke Hotel Brighton & Hove Review:

No Brunswick Town hotel has been open longer than the Iron Duke Hotel Brighton & Hove, constructed in 1828 in one of the south of England’s best preserved historic, planned Georgian communities. Brunswick Town borders the seaside communities of Brighton and Hove.

Guests can choose between smoking or non-smoking rooms at the Iron Duke Hotel Brighton & Hove. Between one to four people can sleep in the Iron Duke Hotel Brighton & Hove’s guest rooms, but the smaller budget rooms have shared bathrooms. All rooms, however, have their own wash basins, coffee and tea makers, and televisions.

Guests may watch the hotel pub’s giant plasma television, enjoy a beer on tap or tuck into a traditional Sunday roast. The pub also offers three real ales and an extensive fine wine and spirits list. A jukebox and a pool table stand ready in the pub’s games room. Brighton’s beach, city centre and landmark clock tower are all less than a kilometre away from this Hove hotel.

Overall, this is a nice, laid-back place to stay. There aren’t any of the frills of Brighton’s higher-end accommodation, but guests almost always leave satisfied.
